Sean Robertson
Managing Partner
Sean Robertson is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of North River Partners. Prior to starting NRP, Sean was the Co-Head of Originations for Churchill Real Estates’ Institutional Property Loans Group, responsible for the origination and asset management of construction and bridge loans.
While at Churchill, Sean co-led the execution of over $1.5 billion in debt transactions. Previously, Sean was SVP of Originations at Genesis Capital and spent five years at Meridian Capital Group as part of the institutional structured finance team. Sean received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arizona.
Jeff Rosenfeld
Managing Partner
Jeff Rosenfeld is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of North River Partners. Prior to starting NRP, Jeff was the Co-Head of Originations for Churchill Real Estates' Institutional Property Loans Group, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, capitalizing, and structuring construction and bridge loans.
While at Churchill, Jeff co-led the execution of over $1.5 billion in construction and bridge financing. Previously, Jeff worked at Blumenfeld Development Group, where he was involved in the development of $250 million worth of residential and industrial properties. Jeff received a B.A. in Finance from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
